Are you facing the insurmountable project. Like David and Goliath. David was just a young shepherd boy and Goliath was a giant of the Philistine camp. He was over nine feet tall. Last time we talked about in step 4 - overcoming insurmountable obstacles - RECOUNT THE TRUE NATURE OF THE BATTLE This time we will talk about the fifth step - RESPOND WITH A POSITIVE CONFESSION. In preparation for battle, David responds with a positive confession "All those who are gathered here will know that it is not by sword or spear that the Lord saves; for the battle is the Lord's, and he will give all of you into our hands." How do we respond with a positive confession. We positively confess that it is by God's grace that we are saved and also that it is at God's discretion that men are made great and given strength.
